How to Return an Item?

  1. Go to My Orders section.
  2. Select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Request Return" and select a reason.
  4. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of product pickup and quality check. The amount will be credited to your original payment mode (or Bank Account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
